This programme uses mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Processing techniques and hypnotherapy to support your child to reduce stress and anxiety, recognise moments of calm (and know how to create more of them!) and boost their overall confidence over a 7 day period.
This course is perfectly placed to support children on the lead up to exams! Designed by school teacher, mindfulness teacher trainer, hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, Rachel McKenna, with children aged 7-11 in mind.
