Rachel McKenna (Ashcroft) is former school teacher, Coach, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practitioner and teacher trainer. With years of experience of working with children and Teachers across the country to reduce stress and anxiety, whilst supporting to build healthy, long-lasting self-care habits and routines, Rachel has had great success in supporting Teachers and schools to live calmer, happier and more mindful lives.

As a teacher who struggled with her mental health, Rachel is no stranger to the pressures of school life, targets that need to be met and the role that anxiety can play within that. Within this workshop, Rachel will share some of her top tips for regulation, grounding, stress reduction and ways in which you can support yourself in the moment within the classroom and at home.

With anxiety on the rise, there is no better time to learn simple, tangible techniques that are easily implementable to start to bring about change quickly.
