Join Rachel McKenna as she shares a mindful moment each day for you and your child within a private Facebook group.
The summer holidays are often a time filled with plans and outings, and children often look forward to spending more time at home, but inevitably, they do need to return to school in September and those last few days can feel quite overwhelming, anxiety inducing and stressful.
Let’s work together throughout August to implement a small mindful moment each working day to start to build a habit, reduce the stress, appreciate the now (off screens!) and build confidence and resilience.
Each day, Rachel will share a tip, mindful activity which can be done at home, or something to reflect on, to start to bring a little more calm, connection and joy into each day… and preparing for the next academic year with resilience and confidence!
All you need is a willingness to show up for a few minutes a day to engage with the activity. I can’t wait to see you there.
(The Facebook group is strictly for access by parents who can share the mindful moments with their children and engage in them together. No child account will be permitted).
